Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor. Billyze does not store full payment card details. The processor's privacy policy governs how payment data is handled.

Your uploaded bill is securely processed using AI technology as part of Billyze's analysis service. To perform this analysis, bill data may be processed by third-party AI service providers acting on our behalf. This processing is for the sole purpose of generating your analysis report.

Uploaded billing documents are not used to train general AI models. Billyze does not sell your medical or personal information.

We use collected information to:

• operate, maintain, and improve the Services
• process uploaded documents and generate analysis reports
• process payments and transactions
• manage user accounts and support requests
• communicate service updates and support matters
• monitor and improve site performance and security
• deliver relevant advertising and remarketing on the public website (only on public marketing pages)
• prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized use
• comply with legal obligations

Payment processing may be handled by a third-party processor (such as Paddle or Stripe). When you make a payment, your payment details are submitted directly to the processor. Billyze does not store full card numbers or CVV codes. Please review your payment processor's privacy policy for details on how payment data is handled.

Uploaded files are retained only as long as necessary to provide and maintain your report. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting support@billyze.com. We may retain de-identified or aggregated data for analytics, research, and service improvement.

Transaction records and other data needed for legitimate operational, legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes may be retained as required, even after deletion of your uploaded documents.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No system is guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Billyze does not sell, license, or rent uploaded billing documents, personal data, or user information to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Billyze may use cookies and advertising pixels (such as Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads/Google Tag, and LinkedIn Insight Tag) for analytics, advertising, and remarketing on the public website only. Billyze does not use uploaded medical bills, billing documents, report contents, payment data, account data, or private files for advertising or remarketing, and does not send such data to advertising platforms. Advertising pixels are never placed on the bill upload, report/results, my-reports, account, payment/checkout, or admin pages.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Services, including hosting, storage, payments, communications, analytics, and AI processing providers. These providers act as service providers (processors) on Billyze's behalf and process information only as necessary to provide their services. AI processing providers that may process bill data as part of the analysis service include Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), and Microsoft (Azure Document Intelligence).

We may also share information where required by law, court order, or governmental request; to investigate fraud or security issues; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information.
