Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services.

Billyze is a self-service software tool that analyzes billing documents uploaded by users and generates informational reports. Outputs are for informational and personal use only.

Billyze is not a law firm, medical provider, insurer, debt relief agency, credit counselor, or government body.

The Services do not constitute legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, insurance advice, credit advice, or debt-related professional services of any kind.

Billyze may use cookies and advertising pixels on the public website for analytics, advertising, and remarketing. Billyze does not use uploaded medical bills, billing documents, report contents, payment data, account data, or private files for advertising, and does not send such data to advertising platforms. Advertising pixels are only active on public marketing pages.

Billyze does not guarantee:

• that a billing inconsistency will be found
• that any provider, hospital, or insurer will agree with the output
• savings, bill reductions, corrections, provider responses, or refunds from providers
• any legal, financial, medical, or insurance outcome

You remain solely responsible for deciding whether and how to use the outputs generated through the Services.

Billyze does not contact, communicate with, negotiate with, or act on behalf of users with any hospital, provider, insurer, collection agency, or third party. The Services are self-service only.

You agree to:

• upload only documents you have the legal right to use
• provide accurate and complete information where required
• review all outputs carefully before relying on them or sharing them with any third party
• use the Services only for lawful purposes
• maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

You are responsible for your account activity and for any decisions you make based on the Services.

You may not:

• use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• upload malicious code or harmful material
• upload documents you do not have permission to use
• misrepresent outputs as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice
• interfere with the operation or security of the Services
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Services
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others

Payment is for access to a software-generated digital billing analysis report based on the documents you upload. Payment is not contingent on any outcome, savings, or result. Billyze does not guarantee savings, bill reductions, or any specific outcome in connection with any purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Billyze offers a Money-Back Guarantee for qualifying bills as described in the Refund Policy. Because Billyze provides a digital report, refunds are otherwise generally not available once a report has been generated, except under the Money-Back Guarantee, for technical failures that prevent report delivery, or where required by law.

Reports, summaries, and other outputs may be generated by automated AI systems. These outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Users should independently review all outputs before relying on them or sharing them with any third party.

The Services, including site design, software, branding, workflows, and proprietary materials, are owned by Billyze or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, lawful use only.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." BILLYZE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BILLYZE AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES.

BILLYZE'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
